Our customer portal allows customers and vendors access to information available from the Bruder Built ERP system, thereby eliminating or significantly easing telephone and email communication and their inevitable delays. This service provides a more accurate and complete status for review, as well as many order control options and handling tools.

Bruder Built’s portal application, a custom tool which is extremely flexible, can be enhanced to provide customers and vendors a vast range of information or functionality tools to increase efficiency.

Several available options:

• Track progress of the order through its entire life cycle.

• Reuse, create and configure parts and assemblies (kits)
