Laser tube cutting services from Bruder Built are performed with a Trumpf laser system designed for cutting round, square, rectangular, flat, oval, and virtually any other type of tubing. Current production possibilities in laser cutting of tubes and pipes can optimize your tube and pipe constructions. For instance, laser cutting permits common cuts, perforations and projections at any angle.

Our Trumpf tube laser system (TruLaser Tube 7000) enable us to cut slots and holes in round tubing with diameters up to 10" and square tubing with side dimensions up to 7" up to 3/8" wall thickness and the maximum part length can be up to 21‘.

This laser system allows storage of tube bundles and can hold up to 8000 pounds of raw material and automatically loads and positions tubes with lengths up to 30 feet without operator intervention. Smaller tube lengths can be loaded manually.

The TruLaser Tube 7000 high flexibility allows it to cut almost any profile either on the end of a tube or along its length. Multiple part features, which traditionally would have required several conventional machine tools and consecutive processes, can now be carried out automatically on this single machine, using one tool in a single cycle.
